FUNERALS

The days and weeks after losing a loved one are some of the hardest that any of us will ever have to go through. Our job is to try and make those sad times just that little bit easier, by listening to you and creating, with you, a bespoke ceremony that truly reflects the person you have lost.

Funeral services

We will do all we can to ensure that the hardest days after the loss of your loved one are made just that little bit easier. The person that you have lost is special and unique, and deserves a funeral ceremony that isn’t pulled from a book or copied and pasted from a previous service. We will take the time to get to know the person through your stories via carefully crafted questions, either in a face-to-face meeting or via Zoom, to enable us to prepare a funeral service that completely reflects your loved one and their wishes, which will be approved by you in advance. We can also help you choose readings, poems and music to help pull the service together. Did they have a particular hobby or passion for example? We can weave elements of this into the ceremony to make sure that they are given the send-off that they richly deserve and of which they would have approved. We pride ourselves on being empathetic and respectful and, from the moment you book us to the day of the service itself, we will always be at the end of the phone to help you with any worries you may have during the process.

We have strong links with many funeral directors and are happy to accept bookings through them, or directly. We can carry out ceremonies at crematoria, natural burial sites and many other types of location.

Following the service, we will send you a presentation pack of the ceremony script to serve as a keepsake and a reminder of happier times and the fact that, between us, we did your loved one proud on the day.

Celebrations of life

Whilst all funeral services can be a celebration of life, we also offer celebration or memorial services which take place separately from the burial or cremation. Perhaps you want to keep the burial or cremation to close family only and then hold a larger remembrance service at a different venue at a later date? Or what about having a big party later down the line in honour of your loved one with all of their friends and family?

We can work with you to make this the type of celebration your loved one would be proud of!

End of life service

Do you have preferences for your own funeral, but don’t feel comfortable discussing these with your nearest and dearest? We will gladly meet with you at your home or place of care to discuss your wishes, so that, when the time comes, everything is already taken care of and your loved ones don’t need to worry about a thing.
